How we send your orders

We don't like waiting for online purchases to arrive and we really don't want to make you wait for yours...

That's why for UK deliveries, we only ever use Royal Mail 24.

It's tracked when we post it and when it's delivered to you.

This ensures that your gifts get to you on time and intact.

(We don't want to put our customers through the nightmare of cheap delivery companies).

Orders completed before 11am Tuesday to Friday and 10am on Saturday, will normally be dispatched the same day. 

Orders completed outside of this time will be dispatched the next working day.

In most cases customers receive their items the following working day. So often your order will arrive the day after ordering.

Delivery Charges

To make sure we can keep our item prices as low as possible, we do charge towards the cost of delivery.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £45

Complete your order with £45 or more in your basket and take advantage of Free delivery to UK addresses.

For our free UK delivery orders we still always use Royal Mail 24.

International Delivery

We do ship internationally and have shipping prices set for most of the EU.

To make sure our international customers gifts get to them in time and without any problems, we still only send by Royal Mail, using their International Track and Sign service.

It's tracked when we post it, right through it's travels until it arrives with you and you can check how far it's come online.

We do ask for a signature for international orders.

Your gifts should be with you within 5 working days of order however this may vary based on your local postal delivery service (We still always send orders out the next working day if received before 6pm Sunday to Friday or Midnight on Saturday!).
