How to return your item/s

We work hard to ensure that you are delighted every time you shop with us. but we appreciate that on occasion you may wish to return item/s.

You can return most item/s (see exceptions below) within 30 days of delivery, though you need to let us know that you plan to do this within 14 days.

If you do need to return an item, please first contact us by emailing:

We ask that you title the email "Returns" followed by the order number (you will find this on the original receipt that we emailed to you).

Please let us know in the email whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Confirmation of your request will be provided by email within the next 2 working days and after receiving this you will have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us.

All items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They should also have all original tags intact and be in their original packaging.

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage which is normally free and retain this until you receive our email confirming that your refund has been processed.

Please note that return postage and packaging costs will NOT be refunded.

 

How we process refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item/s.

We will also advise you whether we can approve your refund or not.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

As often there can be some processing time before your method of payment shows the refund, we would ask that if you cannot see the refund after 14 days you initially contact your payment service (e.g. Credit Card, Bank, Paypal).

How we process exchanges 

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged on delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item/s.

We will also advise you whether we can approve your exchange or not.

If it is approved, then if we have a replacement in stock it will be posted out to you within 7 days.

If we do not have a replacement in stock and do not expect to have one within 14 days we will contact you to either agree a refund or to confirm that you are happy to wait for a replacement.

 

Exceptions to our refund and exchange policies

Unfortunately, some items are not refundable or exchangeable:
•Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or bespoke.
•Perishable products (like food or flowers).
•Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics.
•Personal items like cosmetics or earrings.

Also while we endeavour to fully approve all refunds and exchanges, we reserve the right to take usage (and in particular wear and tear) into account when agreeing these.
