My Order Was Dealt With So Fast !

I ordered a black lab mug at a weekend, it arrived on the Tuesday, that's very good service. My order was packed well, my only complaint was the polystyrene chips in the packaging. They don't recycle, if you put them in landfill you know it's going to be there forever. There are other more environmentally friendly packaging options these days so please have a think about that. I know my friend is going to love the mug and I will be back for some more birthday/Christmas present ideas.

Thanks for your review and so glad you are happy with your Sweet William mug and how quickly we got it to you .

As for the packaging, we totally agree with you that it's important to be as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. So we use recyclable cardboard for the boxes and we only buy Ecofil compostable chips. These are according to their manufacturer 'manufactured from GM free sustainable raw materials in a low energy process and they are 100% Biodegradable and Compostable under (EN13432).

These are the white packing chips we use. You may find some green chips in the parcel, these may not be biodegradable, but are our reusing of chips which we have received from some of our suppliers (in our thoughts it's best that they at least get a second life rather than going straight to Landfill after 1 use if they aren't biodegradable).

Why buy from us...

We're a small family business based in Milton Keynes. We work with UK artists and creators to curate a range of design led dog themed gifts.

Every item we offer is in stock, here with us in Milton Keynes and is hand checked by Alix or Simon prior to being sent out to you.

For UK orders we only ever use RoyalMail24. We think our customers deserve the best, so we don't use cheap delivery companies (No names, but you know who they are!)

Orders are sent out every working day and Saturdays. If you order before 6pm (Midnight on Saturdays), your purchases will be despatched first thing the next working morning and normally will be with you the following working day!
