This mug is really great quality and well packaged.
The customer service of the team is amazing, second to none! Due to Royal Mail delays that were completely outside of their control, my product was delayed slightly just before Christmas. I reached out to Dog Krazy Gifts and I received regular updates from Simon, who was so helpful. It even arrived in time for Christmas! We're a small dog loving family business based in Milton Keynes. We work with UK artists and creators to bring you a range of design led dog themed gifts.

Every item we offer is in stock with us here in Milton Keynes and is hand checked by Alix or Simon prior to being sent out to you.

For UK orders we only ever use RoyalMail24. We think our customers deserve the best, so we don't use cheap delivery companies (No names, but you know who they are!)

Orders are sent out every day Monday to Saturdays. If you order before 2pm (11am on Saturdays), your purchases will be despatched same day and will often be with you the following working day!

Hopefully you will be delighted with your gifts but if not, just email or call us and we will work with you to make things right!
